WHAT YOU’LL LEARN
You’ll learn all about the emotional language of actors and directors, explore different directing and performance techniques, and build confidence in fostering fruitful collaborations between the two.
Working with selective film and TV scripts, we will explore techniques to help you capture the truth of a scene and deliver authentic performances.
We’ll also delve into technical aspects like continuity, on set blocking, camera angles and shooting protocols. This is a course for actors and directors alike – actors can step into the director’s shoes, and directors can gain invaluable practice directing on-screen performance as well as experience what it’s like to be in front of the camera themselves.
