49. 1. Term/Course fees are due within 7 days of accepting an offer of a place.
    2. I am liable to pay the total amount of the course regardless of attendance, illness or if I leave before it concludes.
    3. Course fees are only refundable if I withdraw no later than 7 days prior to the start of the program (after this time no refunds will be granted).
    4. I may be excluded from class if payment is not made by the due dates.
    5. Late payments may incur a $40 processing fee.
    
    Points 6 - 8 only relate to The Full Time Program and The Part-Time Program
    6. A 10% deposit is payable when accepting a place on the program. This deposit will form part of my final term fees.
    7. Term fees are due 14 days before the start of each term (refundable if I withdraw no later than 7 days prior to term 1. After this time no refunds will be granted.
    8. I will contact 16th Street to discuss any payment difficulties in advance.
